The built-in balance charging circuit ensures that each of the three battery groups is charged evenly, helping to maximize battery lifespan and maintain consistent power output over time. The MOS transistor design enables low standby current consumption, reducing unnecessary battery drain when the system is idle.
This BMS board handles a continuous discharge current of up to 40A and a continuous charge current of up to 20A, with peak working current reaching 60A under optimal heat dissipation conditions. The overcurrent threshold is set at 125A, providing robust protection for your battery system.
Compatible with a variety of 12V lithium battery applications, this board is well-suited for electric drills, garden sprayers, LED lighting systems, and other low-to-medium power DIY electronics projects. It supports connecting multiple 18650 cells in parallel within each series group, offering flexibility in battery pack design.
The board measures just 62mm × 41mm, making it easy to fit into compact battery housings. Its high-accuracy voltage detection circuit and durable construction ensure stable performance across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
